My Favorite Places

Cozinha Tipica
This chain of restaurants is one of the most famous in Rio. Not only for the place, their feijoadas are spectacular!! The place serves feijoada standard on Saturdays  a la carte. feijoadas for two people costs R $ 60.

Bar do Beto
Just by looking through the door you can see the large bar inside. They provide the best typical Brazilian feijoada. The delight costs R $ 78.90 and serves two people.

Bar Veloso
This typical restaurant of Rio de Janeiro, is one of the most recommended places to eat Brazilian food, for that reason, it is filled with people everyday. The place always serves feijoada a la carte on Fridays and Saturdays. The platter for two is R $ 52.

Tapioca is one of the real stars of the Rio de Janeiro street food scene. Popular sweet options include banana and Nutella, while savory fillings include chicken, cheese, or even sun-dried beef. Tapioca is traditionally served outside Maracana on match days, and is a quick, filling and delicious snack.

La Mole
Served either savory, with cheese or chicken, or sweet, with cinnamon bananas or condensed milk, tapioca is a tasty and substantial snack. “La Mole” is different than other places because their quality is different and the best one.
