The festival is going to take place Friday August 30 and Saturday August 31, 2013 though the entertainment will begin the week before to get everyone in the vicinity excited and ready for all the action over that weekend.

This year’s event will be held at the World Trade Center in Piscadera Bay, Curacao. For the entire week before the festival though you will have the opportunity to watch this island start to warm up by hearing hip hop, r&b, latin, soul and jazz throughout the island. There will be many concerts every evening leading up to the festival starting the Monday before. However, the true celebration comes alive on August 30 when you hear the true music legends perform.

Among the people scheduled at this time to appear on Friday you will find names such as Diana Ross, Marc Anthony, Mud Morganfield, Sonny Rollens , Gladys Knight, New Cool Collective and Toto to name only a few of the performers. On Saturday evening the fun continues with even more musicians such as Los Lobos, Luis Miguel, Paul Anka, The Roots and even Usher who is very well known for his amazing ability to sing R & B and pop.
