For example, take the bus from Willemstad to Westpoint. The roads are hilly and many bus drivers makes a sport of it, so you are in a roller coaster experience! Along the trip you have a nice opportunity to see the flamingos.

You don’t need to book a room at an expensive hotel with a private beach to enjoy the beaches of Curacao. In fact, the most beautiful beaches of the island are free for everyone. These beaches are located near West Point. The most famous beaches are the Grote and Kleine Knip (Kenepa). Grote Knip is probably the most photographed piece of Curacao and when you see it you’ll understand why. This beach will be busy sometimes. If you want to escape the fuss you can go to the Kleine Knip at one kilometer away.. This beach is just as nice and generally quiet. Another beach that we would recommend is Playa Forti.
